Looks like I left LeftAlt+Enter commented out while switching to OpenGL, then forgot to put it back in. D'oh!

So... will it be fixed for official 0.7.1.5 version?

14th August 2012 is my last save while playing Ascii Sector. Since then I just run it to test some things people were asking about. Over a year I didn't run it at all but when CK asked for test of new version I've just made quick run... and I remembered everything. Maybe I just played it too much... ;)

Well, I'm not planning to play it again (continue or start from scratch). I'll just wait for some next release with more bug fixing and with new improvements. Then It'll be fun to search for new bugs again and to propose new ideas, new improvements... ;D

Here's the new SDL 2/OpenGL versions of Ascii Sector.

Nice - old saves works, old movies works... but two things:
1) can't switch between fullscreen and windowed mode (LeftAlt+Enter).
2) With disabled "Force correct aspect ratio" it looks horrible (my display is 1280x1024).. so I'll leave it enabled.

FD offered to me 45 out of 80 GBP. I've rejected their silly offer because I demand full refund. No reply so far. Few more days and it'll be one month... >:(

It's a dirty trick because FD didn't released the game - they just gave access to beta tests on full of bugs limited resources (which is making some work for them!). I've tested "Beta 1" in "solo single player mode and the truth is that ASCII Sector gave me far more fun and joy. Really. No lies.

When FD gave access to "Beta 2" all my progress from "Beta 1" was lost (fully equipped Anaconda and 30M Cr.; actually gameplay was pretty boring in that moment). I've decided to wait for final game... DRM free, single player in offline mode...

It was designed as MMO from scratch. There will be no DRM free, single player in offline mode... :o

I'll wait some more days, week maybe. Then I'll request a refund. 80 GBP isn't small money for a game. :(

I feel... cheated. They told us lies to took our money: DRM free, offline mode... what a bullshit. I didn't expected quasi Newtonian physics and time compression like in original "Frontier: Elite 2" but making MMO and lying from a very beginning of Kickstarter campaign to make us look like "fools who spends money for nothing"...?

I don't feel anger. It's just... I can't find right now civilized words to describe such ruthless swindle...

Well, yes. It hurts.

My old Asus F3Sv with GF8600M had similar problem too. Replacing old GPU with new original one was possible (c.a. 150 EUR). Probably in Denmark it will be a little bit more expensive... ;)

BTW Nvida knew that GPU series was defective and Asus knew the've sold notebooks with defective GPU but they didn't informed about this and waited for malfunction. Some people were lucky and others (like me, long after 2 years warranty) were forced to pay... >:(

You may or may not have seen the screenshot I posted on Twitter and Facebook last Saturday for Screenshot Saturday. But it showed the new cover system I’ve been working on.

IMHO it'll be better to have all in one place. I mean if/when you'll post something somewhere else then make sure it will be here too. Some people (like me) don't use Facebook/Tweeter and/or specialized sites for developers. Just my opinion... ;)
