Development Discussion and Suggestions / Retro: New 16-bit DOS version?

Since the last DOS version was from 2007, is there any hope for a new one? (Maybe without some of the features of full-blown 32bit version).News like that would probably make many people aware of that AS exists, I think. (That was how I found out about it). AS would be mandatory on old-school hardware I'm sure. AS ROX! This is my first post here.
