The bloke gets better after the first episode...  :eeeee: I remember those days... Just starting out in a Tarsus, spending 90% of my profits on repairs... Sigh...

And I'm seeing up to 8 episodes of Let's Play for AS. That's cool. Good job JuJu!

Cool that you're still on it, Juju! You're doing well with your LP. Just two or three remarks about your most recent episodes:

1.: Once you get an Orion and start to play some quests and more advanced missions, you won't be sick of the game but the real fun will only begin.

2.: When navigating the asteroid fields, remember that you can also shoot the asteroids (as long as you have some energy left for the gun).

3.: That big ship you were admiring on the prison station is a confed capital ship, a Paradigm class destroyer. You can't buy one of these, but there's always one floating around near the Loye Naval Base if you're looking for a fight.

BTW, the easier ones of the Quests as well as some of the somewhat more advanced types of missions are already winnable at your level. You don't HAVE to wait for a better ship if you're curious.

Cool, good job JuJu (if you're reading this).

If you're planning on doing more parts, I'd suggest you play a few hours further until you have an Orion with afterburner, radar and a better gun. A membership in both guilds would also be good. Then you could show some more mission types, and playing the Kilrathi Hunt quest would also be great to see what kind of stories this game can tell when not in "free exploration" mode.

Cool! I'll have to watch that... it's cool to see AS getting some major publicity!

Ah, ok I gotcha... That's understandable. Before I enrolled in school I was working on an Intro to AS quest. But then school took precedence. Its still really cool to see AS get some face time...

Well, he's not doing an introductory video, he's doing a Let's Play. Sometimes they are even done 'blind', meaning the player hasn't even touched the game before.

LOL watching this youtube video... The guy doesn't seem to quite know whats going down in AS.

EDIT:
He's played it for an hour total? and wants to do an introductory video?

EDIT x2:
Wow this guy makes me want to cry... :'( Maybe because I've played AS since June of last year... But this is just sad to me...

As a guy who's watched a lot of Let's Plays on YouTube, it's really strange and really flattering to find somebody doing a Let's Play of your own game! :$

He's doing a really good job explaining the game (he should probably have bought an afterburner, though!), so this may end up being a brilliant introduction for new players.
